Showcase and skills-first matching

Add skills, experience, case studies and documents to your showcase. Kwirl surfaces alignment between roles and candidates so both sides spend less time on poor-fit applications.

• Keep your headline and skills list current.
• Upload supporting files employers are likely to request.
• Review suggested roles periodically after you update your showcase.

Interview scheduling without the ping-pong

When an employer requests an interview, use the in-app flow to propose or confirm times. Notifications keep everyone aligned without separate email threads.
