Understanding status updates

Each application shows a stage — applied, under review, interview, offer. Updates appear in your dashboard and via notifications when enabled, published by the employer as they happen.

If an employer stops updating an application, the card says so rather than leaving you to guess, and the silence counts against that company’s public response time.
